Websites for Immigration and Law Offices, English and Chinese

Someone looking for an immigration lawyer is usually worried, often searching late at night, and almost always in their first language. What your site has to do is calm that worry: say plainly which cases you handle, what a first consultation involves and costs, and how to reach you — in Chinese that reads like a lawyer wrote it, not a translator.

What Your Clients Need From Your Site

Each Case Type, Explained Without Jargon

Family petitions, employment visas, green cards, citizenship, business immigration — one page each, in both languages, with what the client needs to bring.

A Consultation Request That Reaches You Today

A short form — name, case type, preferred language and app — delivered the same day, so a worried client hears back before they call the next office.

Credentials Where They Can Be Checked

Bar admission, years in practice, languages spoken, and links to the official records — the facts that let a client trust you before meeting you.

Found in Chinese, Found on Maps

A Google Maps profile with your Chinese name and a listing on ChineseInLA and CCYP — where SGV families actually look for a lawyer.

Our web sites that Roger built communicate with small business owners and entrepreneurs. His creative thinking and his ability to quickly solve any problems have always been most valuable to me.

What $2,500 Gets You

The whole website, in English and Traditional Chinese, with a page for each case type and a consultation form that reaches you the same day. The Google Maps profile, directory listings and a Simplified Chinese version are add-ons with listed prices. One retained client covers the site many times over.

Add-ons most law office owners choose: Google Maps profile · Directory listings · Simplified Chinese version · Connect your current system. Each has its own price on the pricing page, and the Quick Estimate gives you a full estimate in two minutes. Need something not on the menu? You get a written estimate at Discovery, before you decide.

Plan first, commit later: a $250 Discovery meeting gives you a written plan and a firm total price before you decide. The $250 is credited to your project, and you pay in three milestones, never all up front.

Not Sure Where Your Current Site Stands?

Type your web address and see how it does on a phone — Google's test, explained in plain words. Free, no sign-up, nothing stored.

How It Works

  1. A Free 20-Minute Call

Tell us about your business, and we'll tell you honestly whether a website will help and roughly what it would cost. No obligation.

  2. Discovery at Your Shop

We come to you, look at what you have, and leave you a one-page plan with a firm total price. Please bring your phone: we open your accounts in your name while we sit together.

  3. Launch in Four to Six Weeks, Then Training

You approve the homepage, then the rest. After launch: a recorded training session in Cantonese or English and 30 days of support.

Payment terms, what we need from you and the ground rules are on the pricing page.

Questions Law Office Owners Ask

Can the site stay compliant with attorney advertising rules?

You decide the wording — we write the first draft in both languages and you approve every line before it goes live, so required disclaimers and the way results are described are under your control. Changing a line later takes you a minute on your own edit page.

Many of my clients speak Mandarin. How does that work with you?

Your site is written, not spoken — and Roger reads and writes Chinese fluently, so the Chinese version is written with you, line by line. For your own convenience, our meetings are in Cantonese or English, with WeChat or text for anything in Mandarin.

Is there a monthly fee or a contract?

Not to us, unless you want one. No retainer, no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel. Hosting is included and stays free for a site like this; your only running cost is the web address, about $11 a year for a .com (an online store adds Shopify's plan; the Instagram feed adds a small feed service from about $5 a month, in your own account). Only heavy video stored on the site itself, or a custom feature that runs on every visit, would move hosting to a paid tier of about $5 a month — and we would let you know before it happens. If you'd rather not touch the site yourself, the optional care plan is $150 a month for up to five small changes and cancels any month.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes — that is the whole idea. Your site has its own edit page where you change hours, prices, photos, menu items and text; a save is live in about a minute, and every save is kept so anything can be put back. Before launch we sit down with you — in Cantonese or English — and make real changes together. You get a recording of that session and a short written guide in Chinese and English, plus 30 days of support after launch. If you're a Mandarin speaker, the written guide and WeChat make it easy — Roger reads and writes Chinese fluently.

Traditional or Simplified Chinese? What about other languages?

Traditional, standard written Chinese by default — readable by Hong Kong, Taiwanese and mainland customers, written to read the way local customers actually talk. If most of your customers read Simplified, take the Simplified version on its own ($200, AI-translated and proofread by us) or alongside Traditional. Vietnamese, Spanish, Japanese, Korean or any other language is $350 each: translated by AI and checked by us for names, prices and layout, not reviewed by a native speaker — good for welcoming customers and showing hours, services and prices; for legal or medical wording, have a native speaker read it once.

How quickly do you reply, and who am I talking to?

Within one business day, Monday to Saturday. You are talking to Roger — the person who writes, builds and trains. There is no sales team and no hand-off to someone you haven't met. Email, phone, text or WeChat, whichever you prefer.

Do I need to pay extra for SEO?

No — everything a website itself can do for Google is in the base price: a page for each service in English and Chinese, correct titles and descriptions, a sitemap, fast loading, and old links carried over on a rebuild. For a local business, what moves you up from there is not on the website at all — it is your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your photos. The profile setup is a $350 add-on; the reviews and photos are yours to keep collecting, and we'll show you how. We don't sell a monthly SEO plan: for most businesses serving one neighborhood it does not pay back. If yours is in a crowded category, we'll tell you so at Discovery and point you to what actually works.
