Websites for Dentists, Doctors and Clinics, English and Chinese
Most patients choose a clinic from their phone, in the language they think in, before they ever call. A clinic site has one job: answer the questions they would otherwise call about — what you treat, which insurance you take, where to park, how to book — in English and Chinese, readable by a 70-year-old on a small screen.

What Your Patients Need From Your Site
Services and Insurance, Answered First
A page for each service and a plain list of accepted insurance, in both languages, so the front desk stops answering the same question forty times a day.
Booking Without a Phone Call
An online booking button in your own account — or we connect the system you already use — so a patient can book at 10 pm when they finally have a minute.
Readable by Every Patient
Clear contrast, large enough text and a layout that works with screen readers — older patients can read your hours, and you stay on the right side of accessibility rules.
Found on Google Maps in Chinese
A Google Maps profile with your Chinese name, photos and hours, so 「附近 牙醫」 and "dentist near me" both lead to you.
What Owners Say About Working With Us
Real reviews from our Google profile — the same owners you can find on Google Maps.
4 out of 5 starsOur web sites that Roger built communicate with small business owners and entrepreneurs. His creative thinking and his ability to quickly solve any problems have always been most valuable to me.

What $2,500 Gets You
The whole website, in English and Traditional Chinese: your services, your insurance list, your team and your directions, all readable on a phone. Online booking with deposits and the Google Maps profile are add-ons with listed prices. One new patient a month pays for the site well within the year.
Add-ons most clinic owners choose: Online booking with deposits · Connect your current system · Google Maps profile · Directory listings. Each has its own price on the pricing page, and the Quick Estimate gives you a full estimate in two minutes. Need something not on the menu? You get a written estimate at Discovery, before you decide.
Plan first, commit later: a $250 Discovery meeting gives you a written plan and a firm total price before you decide. The $250 is credited to your project, and you pay in three milestones, never all up front.
Not Sure Where Your Current Site Stands?
Type your web address and see how it does on a phone — Google's test, explained in plain words. Free, no sign-up, nothing stored.

Questions Clinic Owners Ask
We already use a booking or patient system. Can the site connect to it?
Usually yes. If it offers an embed or a booking link — most do — we place it on your site, match it to your design and check it on phones, for a flat $250 per system. Your subscription and your patient data stay entirely with that system; we never hold a login.
Can the Chinese version use medical terms patients actually say?
That is the point of writing it rather than translating it. We use the everyday terms your patients use — 洗牙, 補牙, 植牙, 驗眼 — and you review every line before it goes live.
Is there a monthly fee or a contract?
Not to us, unless you want one. No retainer, no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel. Hosting is included and stays free for a site like this; your only running cost is the web address, about $11 a year for a .com (an online store adds Shopify's plan; the Instagram feed adds a small feed service from about $5 a month, in your own account). Only heavy video stored on the site itself, or a custom feature that runs on every visit, would move hosting to a paid tier of about $5 a month — and we would let you know before it happens. If you'd rather not touch the site yourself, the optional care plan is $150 a month for up to five small changes and cancels any month.
Traditional or Simplified Chinese? What about other languages?
Traditional, standard written Chinese by default — readable by Hong Kong, Taiwanese and mainland customers, written to read the way local customers actually talk. If most of your customers read Simplified, take the Simplified version on its own ($200, AI-translated and proofread by us) or alongside Traditional. Vietnamese, Spanish, Japanese, Korean or any other language is $350 each: translated by AI and checked by us for names, prices and layout, not reviewed by a native speaker — good for welcoming customers and showing hours, services and prices; for legal or medical wording, have a native speaker read it once.
How quickly do you reply, and who am I talking to?
Within one business day, Monday to Saturday. You are talking to Roger — the person who writes, builds and trains. There is no sales team and no hand-off to someone you haven't met. Email, phone, text or WeChat, whichever you prefer.
Do I need to pay extra for SEO?
No — everything a website itself can do for Google is in the base price: a page for each service in English and Chinese, correct titles and descriptions, a sitemap, fast loading, and old links carried over on a rebuild. For a local business, what moves you up from there is not on the website at all — it is your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your photos. The profile setup is a $350 add-on; the reviews and photos are yours to keep collecting, and we'll show you how. We don't sell a monthly SEO plan: for most businesses serving one neighborhood it does not pay back. If yours is in a crowded category, we'll tell you so at Discovery and point you to what actually works.
Can you connect the booking, membership or ordering system I already use?
Yes. If it offers an embed code or a widget — Mindbody, Vagaro, Square, Momence, OpenTable, Yelp, Mailchimp and most others do — it is a flat $250 per system, however many pieces it needs. We place it, match it to your design and check it on phones. Your subscription stays yours; we never hold your login. If the platform offers no embed option, we'll quote it at Discovery.
